Download the ARS export file
ARS sends inventory as a CSV or Excel spreadsheet. Save it to your desktop — you'll upload it directly to CoreSync. Common filename formats:
inventory_export_MMDD.csv2
Check for a summary row at the top
Some ARS exports include a summary row or header block above the actual column headers. If the first row is not your column names (Model, Serial, Condition, etc.), delete that row before uploading.
Tip: CoreSync auto-detects headers — you don't need to rename columns. It recognises common ARS field names like Item Title, Description, Serial No, Grade, Unit Cost, and Qty.

Open the CPG Operations Hub
Bookmark this page — it's your daily starting point for the entire pipeline.

CoreSync
coresync.cloudparkglobal.com
1
Open CoreSync and drop your file
Navigate to CoreSync and drag your ARS CSV onto the drop zone — or click "Choose File." CoreSync reads the file and runs classification in about 2–3 seconds.
2
Review the classification results
Every unit gets a status and a confidence score. Use the sidebar to filter by market — click M1 to see all networking units, M2 for medical, etc.
✓ Match (≥30%) — CoreSync is confident this unit fits a CPG market. Ready to queue.
⚠ Review (15–29%) — Partial signal. Open the detail drawer to inspect before deciding.
✕ Skip (<15%) — No CPG market fit. Phone cases, keyboards, accessories land here.

✕ Skip (<15%) — No CPG market fit. Phone cases, keyboards, accessories land here.
Fortinet units: Any FortiGate, FortiSwitch, or FortiAP will classify to M1 — Enterprise Networking — at 65% confidence. If a Fortinet unit shows up under a different market, open the detail drawer and manually reassign using the "Queue" button.
3
Run AI Verdict on uncertain units
For any ⚠ Review unit, click "Detail" → "⚡ Run AI Verdict." Claude analyses the unit and returns: market classification, estimated resale range, margin rating, suggested eBay title, and recommended next action.
4
Queue the units you want to certify
Click "Queue All Matched" to approve all high-confidence units in one click. For individual units, use the "Queue" button on each row. Queued units turn blue.
Use "Skip <15%" to clear noise in one click first — then review what's left before queuing.
5
Click Export → Open in Certification Agent
Hit "Export" in the top-right toolbar. The modal shows your queued units one at a time. Click "→ Open in Certification Agent" on the first unit — it opens the Certification Agent in a new tab with all fields pre-filled.
What gets pre-filled automatically: Model name, serial number, SKU → REF, CPG market, manufacturer, acquisition date (today), acquisition source (ARS — Authorized Remarketing), and condition grade. You only need to fill in manufacture date, accessories, and certifier notes.
Cert Agent

1
Step 1 — Unit Information
Fields are pre-filled from CoreSync. Confirm the model name is correct and complete. Add the manufacture date if known (check the unit's label or documentation). Select the correct CPG market from the dropdown.
2
Step 2 — Acquisition
Document chain of custody. This is your legal record of where the unit came from.
Acquisition Date: Date you received the unit from ARS
Source: ARS — Authorized Remarketing
Condition on Arrival: Describe exactly what you received — any damage, missing items, packaging condition

3
Step 3 — Certification
Set today as the certification date. Select the CPG condition grade, list all accessories included, and add certifier notes for anything a buyer should know. Click "Generate Outputs" when ready.
Condition grades:
CPG-Certified — Excellent · CPG-Certified — Good Working Condition
CPG-Certified — Fair Working Condition · CPG-Certified As-Is
CPG-Certified — Excellent · CPG-Certified — Good Working Condition
CPG-Certified — Fair Working Condition · CPG-Certified As-Is
Certifier notes matter. Anything unusual — missing original packaging, firmware version, FortiCloud token status, cosmetic wear — goes here. This is what protects CPG's zero-returns record.
4
Step 4 — Generated Outputs
Claude generates everything needed to sell the unit. Review each output and copy what you need.
CPG Cert Number — e.g. CPG-M1-2506-001 — goes on the listing and packing slip
eBay Title — optimised 80-char title, ready to paste
Certification Checklist — SOP-01 checkpoints for this unit type
Social Posts — LinkedIn/Instagram posts in Raym's voice
Registry Row — pre-filled Google Sheet row

5
Click "Add to CPG Registry"
This writes the certified unit to your Google Sheet via SheetDB with
status: active. The unit is now live in the registry and will appear on the inventory page within one page refresh.Verify it worked: Go to cloudparkglobal.com/verify and type in the new cert number. If the record pulls up correctly, the unit is live. If nothing shows, check the Google Sheet directly.
Go back to CoreSync, click "Next" in the Export modal, and repeat Steps 1–5 for the next queued unit.
eBay / Direct
1
Create eBay listing with CPG-generated title
Paste the eBay title from the Cert Agent output directly into the listing. Include the CPG cert number in the item description so buyers can verify at cloudparkglobal.com/verify before purchasing.
Always include: "CPG Cert: [CERT-NUMBER] — verify at cloudparkglobal.com/verify" in every listing description. This is your brand differentiator.
2
When a unit sells — prepare shipment
Physically prepare the unit for shipping. Before sealing the box, open the Fulfillment Agent to generate a packing slip.
3
Note the buyer's details from eBay
Copy the buyer's name, shipping address, and eBay order number — you'll need these for the Fulfillment Agent in the next phase.
Fulfill Agent
fulfill.cloudparkglobal.com
1
Open Fulfillment Agent and select channel
Select "eBay Sale" as the channel for standard orders. Use "Direct Sale" for off-platform B2B orders, "Quote / RFQ" for responding to procurement requests, or "Exchange / RMA" for replacements.
2
Fill in order and buyer details
Required fields: Model name, Buyer name. Everything else enriches the output. The more you fill in, the more personalised the packing slip and follow-up materials.
Must have: Model name · Buyer name
Strongly recommended: eBay order number · CPG cert number · Buyer email · Buyer company · Shipping address
Optional: Custom note · Upgrade offer

3
Click "Generate Packing Slip + B2B Materials"
Takes about 10–15 seconds. Claude generates four outputs simultaneously.
Packing Slip — Print-ready HTML with CPG logo, order details, cert badge, and a market-specific B2B pitch. Click "Print / Save PDF."
Follow-up Email — Personalized, peer-to-peer email from Raym Long. Copy and send within 24 hours of delivery.
LinkedIn Message — 60-word connection request referencing the sale.
Market Pitch — What this buyer likely needs next based on what they bought.

4
Print the slip, include it in the box, send the email
Click "Print / Save PDF" on the Packing Slip tab. Print one copy to include in the shipment. Send the follow-up email within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Connect on LinkedIn the same day.
The strategy: The packing slip inside the box is the moment to convert a one-time eBay transaction into a direct client relationship — before they forget your name. The CPG verify URL, the cert number, and the services pitch all work together to position CPG as a professional operation, not just another eBay seller.

1
Confirm the unit is showing on the inventory page
Open the inventory page and look for the unit. If you certified multiple units of the same model, they appear as a single card with a quantity badge — e.g. "4 units in stock."
2
Test the market filter
Click the market filter chip (e.g. "🌐 Networking") and confirm the unit appears. If it doesn't show up under the right filter, open your Google Sheet and check that the
market field is filled in correctly.Market field formats the page accepts: "M1" · "Market 1 — Enterprise Networking" · "Enterprise Networking" — any of these work.
3
When the unit sells — mark it sold
Open your Google Sheet (linked to SheetDB). Find the row for that cert number. Change the
status field from active → sold. The unit disappears from the inventory page on the next page load. On the verify page it shows "Certification On File — Unit Sold."4
Start the next batch in CoreSync
Return to CoreSync, click "↑ New Upload" in the nav bar, and drop the next ARS spreadsheet. The pipeline resets and you start Phase 02 again.
The loop is closed: ARS CSV → CoreSync → Cert Agent → eBay listing + inventory page → Fulfillment Agent → direct B2B client. Every certified unit you ship is a warm lead for managed services, direct repeat purchases, and referrals.
